"Sur la Prade’ is situated on a secluded c.2 acre wooded plot with no near neighbours and breath taking views over an unspoilt river valley and the hills beyond. It is c.12 minutes by car from the spectacular medieval walled town of Domme. The accommodation, comprises 1 family, 2 double and 1 twin bedded room, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, WC and garage. There is an upstairs balcony and a 10M X 5M private heated swimming pool with sun terrace. Appliances provided include: TV, DVD, Video, radio cassette player, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge. There is a large sun terrace around the heated swimming pool, which has a solar shower.
Superb Views
Superb views of the Ceou river valley some 300ft below. The steep walk down to the river takes about 12 minutes.

This double aspect room has 2 singles & a double bed, making it suitable for 2 or 4 people with lovely views over the pool & valley.

The twin room has French windows onto the balcony and fabulous views into the valley below.

This is the downstairs double bedroom with 2 bedside tables and a double wardrobe.
Master Bedroom
Main bedroom provides 3 door wardrobe for your things with a full length mirror to help you dress for nights out. The room also has views of the private woodland.
Rare Wildlife
Wildlife abounds. There is a pair of rare Hoopoes in the area, along with Green & Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Red Kites, Buzzards & Kingfishers. There can also be found rare woodland orchids in the and ancient stone ruins in the surrounding woodland.
